Could you please pass on our deepest thanks to the staff of Total Funeral Services? We much appreciate what has been done.
We felt the compassion and empathy from everyone there. We would also like to thank Wilhemina for her help. It came at just the right time. Our mom's side of the family also thanks you"

Annelene was attentive to every detail, she carried out my every request, she was empathetic whilst remaining professional every step of the way. She really focused on the personal touch as she made every effort to ensure the entire process and funeral ran smoothly.
Again the same can be said for Eddie, he remained professional and helpful every step of the way.
I was kept informed and any hurdles we faced were dealt with quickly.
This is just a note to say thank you. Your team is no.1"

"I would like to send out my compliment to Mr. Eddie Tswai for his outstanding service towards the arrangement for transport for my late child traveling from Polokwane in Limpopo to Welkom Free State.
Their commitment and dedication to the work were beyond my expectations. Mr. Eddie Tswai was updating me every time as to how the driver and his current location and he even phoned me at night to update me and he made sure everything was taken care of.
I was stressed at the beginning of the process but they made me feel at ease and they showed their support and sympathy towards my problem. Thank you so much to Mr. Eddie Tswai."

"We are from Alberton and traveled to Mount Ayliff with Total Funeral Logistics. Maxwell was our driver.
We traveled very well on the road.
Because we traveled late at night through the rural areas, we saw a lot of horses and cows. Towards Mzimkhulu we nearly hit a cow but with the grace of God, we missed the cow. That is why we should not be traveling at night (TFL advised that traveling at night is not a good idea).
Total Funeral Logistics did an excellent job during the funeral at the gravesite. Maxwell and Bigboy were very accommodating and had a lot of empathy. You can see that they are well trained."
